Toshiba Sandwich Label Printers now available

Positive ID Labels are pleased to announce we will be supplying Toshiba sandwich label printers for our sandwich labelling systems with immediate effect. The decision has been taken to improve delivery times for customers after our TSC suppliers lead times became slower.

Why supply Toshiba Sandwich label Printers

The range of TSC printers we have supplied in the past have been excellent and proven reliable and robust. The decision to now supply Toshiba sandwich label printers has been taken to improve the delivery times we can achieve for our customers. Unfortunately, the lead times from the companies supplying TSC printers and parts have been deteriorating over the last few months. Positive ID prides itself on quick turnarounds and high levels of customer service and has taken this step to improve the service we offer our customers. The Toshiba sandwich label printers we are supplying are of at least the same build-quality, reliability and performance as the TSC models they are replacing in our product range. Toshiba sandwich label printers benefit from some technical benefits over the TSC models. Most significantly, we have found Toshiba calibration and registration to be superior to the TSC models. We will continue to supply TSC SOLO printers for customers where that is the most suitable solution.

Toshiba Sandwich Label Printer Software

Positive ID Labels will continue to supply Label Direct for TSC labelling software. Positive ID Labels have built a strong relationship with our software supplier and will continue to work with them. The Label Direct software works on a range of brands of sandwich label printer and is one of the most robust software solutions for labelling system available on the market. We are proud to continue delivering the world-class software to all of our customers. Label Direct labelling software is the best value software available on the market and a fraction of the price of competitor software whilst delivering the same functionality, performance and ease of use.

Supporting our TSC customers

We will continue to fully support all of our customers using TSC printers. So long as customers continue to source their labels from Positive ID Labels they can depend on us to give remote desktop support with all their label software and printing needs. Positive ID Labels will continue to supply parts and fitting services for all TSC printers indefinitely. We will update the website to reflect the changes shortly.
