New Frozen Food Labels for Freezeland Ltd

Last year, Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen food products, contacted us regarding their frozen food labels. Here at Positive ID we are proud to announce that we completely revamped their labelling process. We now supply them with 70,000 or more frozen food labels a year for them to use on their desktop printer system. Previously, they were only able to pre-order 500 labels of one type at a time from their supplier. They were pre-cut to singles frozen food labels with all data already printed and the backing paper was cut into 4 pieces. The users then broke the backing paper to apply the labels and took quite a lot of time to peel the label off and stick it on the product package. Also, they had no control of their labels or ingredients printed and many labels were unused because of expired “Use By” dates deeming the labels unuseable. Furthermore, they had no ability to sell new products in small amounts because of the minimum order quantity imposed on them by their supplier. Flexibility is a major part of our business ethic – PID needs to help customers reach their goals in order for our business to grow with them. Therefore, we provided one of our thermal printing systems for them. We now pre-print their labels with only the logo, contact info of the company and a ‘flamboyant’ product title. Freezeland then prints the ingredients, barcodes, batch codes and use by dates over the labels we have provided using their desktop printer. Freezeland are especially pleased with the new labels as they are 40% cheaper to buy and they can now easily sell new products in small quantities. Here at PID, we supply their labels in rolls, so it reduces the time of applying them on the product. Now they are in control of their own labelling, can meet trading agency standards on demand and save money and time that could be spent on improving their business and numerous customer relationships. If you would like PID to create a labelling solution for your labelling problems, then don’t hesitate to call us on 01332 864895.
