High-Speed Production
We operate a high-capacity Daco PLD350 for large orders, plus two Daco PLD250 machines for medium runs. These converters feature semi-automatic turret rewinding that reduces manual handling and keeps your costs competitive.
The turret winds labels to specification then rotates 120 degrees. Finished rolls are removed whilst the other mandrel continues rewinding. Our rotary cutting removes waste simultaneously with the cut, achieving speeds over 140 metres per minute.
