Delivery Information
Delivery Schedule
This Schedule forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale of Positive ID Labelling Limited. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the main Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined herein.
1. Quantity Tolerance
a. In line with standard printing industry practice, we may deliver up to 10% more or 10% fewer items than you ordered.
b. You will be charged for the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.
c. If you need an exact quantity, you must specify this when requesting a quotation, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
2. Standard Delivery
a. We will dispatch the Goods to a UK address during normal business hours within 28 working days from the date you approve the artwork.
b. Delivery sooner than 28 working days can only be authorised in writing by both our Managing Director and Production Manager.
c. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver by standard post or courier and charge you our standard handling charge (shown on your invoice, plus VAT).
d. If you request a specific delivery method, we will advise you of any additional charges.
3. Delivery Arrangements
a. We reserve the right to deliver Goods in multiple packages, which may be delivered on different days and/or by different delivery methods.
b. If we cannot deliver within the expected timeframe (due to Force Majeure or other circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery date.
c. We may make a partial delivery where some items are available and others are not.
4. Duplicate Deliveries
a. If we accidentally deliver duplicate goods and we are at fault, we will arrange collection and issue a credit note at no cost to you.
b. If the duplication resulted from a valid order you placed, you remain liable to pay for both deliveries in accordance with Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
c. If we agree to accept the return of duplicated Goods delivered in accordance with a valid order, an administration charge of 15% of the order value or £25 (whichever is greater) will apply.
5. Definitions
“Customer” (You, Your) means the person or business placing an order with us.
“Force Majeure” means circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, natural disasters, pandemics, cyber-attacks, supply chain disruptions, or industrial disputes.
“Goods” means the products you have ordered from us (labels, self-adhesive products, hardware, or other items).
“Order” means your request to purchase goods from us, whether placed online, by email, phone, fax, or in person.
“Seller” (We, Us, Our) means Positive ID Labelling Limited (Company No. 2178668), registered office at 5 Loake Court, Melbourne, Derby, DE73 8HB. VAT No. 507776913. Email: sales@pid-labelling.co.uk
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
This Schedule was last updated on 1st December 2025. Positive ID Labelling Limited reserves the right to update this Schedule from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
