Positive ID Labels are always willing to help a customer if they come to us with a problem, and recently we had one customer in particular that did just that!
They spoke to Positive ID Labels about how they were having trouble identifying their stock once it had been produced.
Positive ID Labels, as the name suggests, had a solution!

We suggested the simple low tech-low cost solution of using a sequential numbering hand gun.
These Hand guns are sometimes referred to as ‘Numbellers’ and they work by increasing the number printed on each label by one each time. Therefore the first label printed would be 0001, then 0002 etc.
If there happens to be a misprint then the number can be manually altered so that the previous label can be reprinted.
In the particular case of this client we suggested a ‘Numbeller’ that allowed for the Stock code to be added to the beginning of the Label so that the stock could be ordered not only in order, but also by batch.
So for example; ABCD0001, ABCD0002 or ABCA0001, ABCA0002 etc.
This solved our client’s problem and allowed the labelling of their stock to be a much easier process.
