The pricing gun can also be used to code for Best Before or Use By labelling in conjunction with Use By Labels or Best Before Labels. using a dd-mm-yy or dd.mm.yy format, it is possible to indicate a full date.

How to use Swing C8 Pricing Guns

There are three main areas of operation for your pricing gun; loading, setting digits and applying labels.

Setting: To set the code, you simply pull the bezel on the print head out to select one of the 8 priniting bands. You then twist the crown until the band shows the character or number you want to print. Once complete, push the bezel back home and you are ready. Hold the handle and lever and squeeze to print and eject a label on one simple action. It takes moments to master!

Application: As the label is ejected from the front of tha pricing gun, simply making contact with the item being labelled and rolling the label roller at the mouth of the pricing gun over the item affixes the label. Training takes about 30 seconds!

Re-Loading: Loading new stock labels into the Swing C8 pricing gun could not be simpler. The feedstock labels are held on a bobbin on the top of the label gun. Access is via a simple pressure catch to remove open the bobbin to empty stock and replace with a fresh roll. The sole plate of the label gun has a lever to access the internal mechanism. The user simply feeds the new labels through to the port at the front and closes the pricing gun back up. Job done!
