Well, here at Positive ID Labels we have stepped it up again!
We have recently started to integrate our new Management Information System (MIS) which will run through all the core functions of our business.
The new MIS will allow us to watch a job go from quote, to order, to job sheet, to dispatch to invoicing without the need for any duplication of details.
Not only does this allow both the offices and the factory to run smoother, but it also keeps every member of our team aware of what is going on with every job.
Therefore, when a customer rings in inquiring into how their order is progressing, with a few clicks all the information will be up on screen with one of our friendly staff to relay the information to the customer.
Seems like a win-win to all of us here at Positive ID Labels!

Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling. Here at Positive ID we are proud to announce that we completely revamped their labelling process. We now supply them with 70,000 labels a year for them to use on their desktop printer system.

The result is a clearly read label giving all the details necessary. Jackie Harris, Technical Manager at Plants Plus explained that Positive ID Labels labelling solution has speeded up the labelling operation by more than 50%, with a significant cost saving. “It’s ideal for our business,” she said.

Orexis Fresh Foods Ltd is a family run Food Manufacturing Company specializing in ethnic dips, Mexican dips, luxury salads and sandwich fillings. Orexis Ltd approached Positive ID for a simple cost effective way to apply a “Best Before” and “Batch Number” to a range of their products.
