Warning and advisory labels can be printed in volume using standard ISO signage and to any size. Durability can be achieved by using the correct materials and adhesives. The life of the labels is achieved through the use of highly stable ultraviolet cured inks that effectively get strong in sunlight!
Digitally Printed Warning Labels and Hazard Labels
We are the proud owners of a Jetrion 4900 printing press and laser die cutting system. This allows us to manufacture warning and advisory labels to order without the need for plates or cutters. Using state of the art UV inkjet technology, we can print substantial volumes of high quality, vibrant, durable and enduring hazard and warning type labels to order.
The Jetrion 4900 uses ultra-stable UV inks, cured with powerful UV lamps to bond ink that can withstand virtually any environment. Easily coping with BS5609 tolerances, hazard labels will not deteriorate for years and years.
The print technology means that we print labels artwork direct from file. We can prepare your hazard labels or advisory labels to your specification using our in-house design capability. We can accept artwork from your graphic designers and process their files for production with ease. The press then prints the labels without the need for printing plates. There are no plate charges to worry about and delivery is within 5 days.
Got an unusual Warning label shape?
No problem. Our digital press includes an in-line laser die cutting station. All we need to do is draw the die line for your label and the lasers will blast into action and cut your labels to the correct shape. This means there are no restrictions in tooling, normal with flexographic labels. The other main benefit is, no cutter charges. We can alter design with ease and incorporate virtually any shape and gap you need.
Flexographic Hazard Labels
For large orders over 1000 linear metres, we can manufacture your hazard or advisory labels cost-effectively using flexographic printing technology. Flexographic printing requires printing plates and rotary cutters to produce the labels. This means there are some initial set up costs to pay for but we can manufacture your hazard labels at 5 times the speed the digital press can run at. This means that the cost of production is one fifth that of the cost on the digital press.
Flexographic Warning Labels can be made in large volumes and normally delivered within 10 days.
