We are dedicated to making Peel & Reveal Labels & Piggyback Labels to the highest possible standards with quality materials. We can manufacture labels using traditional flexographic printing methods or modern UV inkjet digital printing. We will use our expertise to determine the best manufacturing options available to minimise your costs.
Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Peel & Reveal Labels & Piggyback Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital printing is little different from using a computer and desktop printer – just bigger, better and faster. As an industrial grade printer should be. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. The digital process means changes can be made easily in the artwork on the computer and incorporated the next time we press the print button!
If you require higher volumes of labels, you can take advantage of our flexographic printing presses. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our 6 colour, water based Rotopress. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an Etirama 350 water based and UV capable press. The Etirama is a brand new printing press that became operational in April 2017. Costing over £330,000, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!
