Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers no on a rotary metal cutter. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. If you want to change your labels for your next order, we can just re-draw them and off we go!

Flexographic printing comes into its own when printing high volumes of labels. Faster printing means lower unit prices. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new Etirama 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. Coming into operation this April 2017, the Etirama will allow us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
