We have over 400 cutters and can manufacture labels in a range of sizes up to 330mm wide and over 300mm long. Our digital press can cut labels to any shape or size within its limits. We can print your labels on a range of plasticised or paper-based materials in a range of base colours and finishes. Unit prices for you Sale Labels will fall with the volume for labels you order.

We manufacture using flexographic printing or where appropriate, modern digital printing. Digital is ideal for shorter runs up to 20,000 labels in general (depending on size of course!). Longer runs are best done on traditional flexo presses to get a better unit price.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Sale Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital printing is little different from using a computer and desktop printer – just bigger, better and faster. As an industrial grade printer should be. Our digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station allowing any shape or size label to be made in the production process. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. The digital process means changes can be made easily in artwork on the computer and incorporated the next time we press the print button!

Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. It reduces unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For full colour, photo-quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 350 8 colour UV capable press. The MPS is a new addition, costing over £330,000 and capable of printing at over 100 metres per minute, reducing production time and cost.
