Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Smoothie Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. Our printing equipment includes the latest flexographic and digital presses – we have invested over £600,000 in new equipment in 2015-2017. Shorter runs lend themselves to digital printing but longer runs (over 20,000 labels for example) are cheaper when made flexographically.

We have some of the best digital equipment available in the UK at your disposal. Printing Smoothie Labels on our Jetrion 4900 UV inkjet means full-colour labels with no plate charges. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Our Jetrion 4900 digital press has a laser die cutting station and uses high power lasers to cut the label shape from our feed stock material. As a result of having no tooling requirements, there are no lead times which would be the case with flexographic printing. Cutting labels this way means no tooling costs and you can have any shape we can draw in the computer!

Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. It reduces unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For complex full-colour labels, we have a brand new MPS 350 8 colour UV ink press. The MPS is a new addition, costing over £330,000 and capable of printing at over 100 metres per minute, reducing production time and cost.
