Clear polypropylenes (PP) allow us to print labels that when applied to your bottles give the impression the text has been printed directly onto the bottle. Direct bottle screen printing is a technique used by big brands as only they can afford that type of packaging. Usurp them with clear PP and claim the margin it will deliver!

We also offer a range of high-quality ridged and cartridge papers that can give a particular patina to your product. Whatever material you use, we can print the cider labels for you to deliver the message your brand and product are sending.

Digital Cider Labels and Flexographic Cider Labels

We can print your cider labels using digital or flexographic printing. Digital printing uses industrial UV inkjet technology much like your desktop printer, just on an industrial scale printing 20 metres of material a minute.

The digital printing press includes a digital laser die cutting station so we can cut labels to any shape or size. We do not need any other tooling to prepare your labels and you benefit from no tooling charges. The digital press needs no printing plates and your labels can be made without the initial tooling costs for plates.

Flexographically produced cider labels will need printing plates and a cutter. The tooling costs are only charged on your first order and thereafter, it is only the production charges that apply on your second and subsequent orders.

Flexographic printing is suitable for high quantity labels orders. Digital printing is ideal for shorter runs of labels in the hundreds or thousands.

Our flexographic press is a state-of-the-art MPS 350 with 8 printing stations. We can use metallic foils and varnishes to give your cider labels outstanding impact and allure.
