How can we help?
We have a vast range of cutters and also digital die cutting equipment, so any shape or size label is possible. We offer a range of materials and will recommend the most competitive material to meet your needs for its environment. The more Shampoo Labels you order will reduce the unit price and we recommend you do this to minimise costs. Please use the contact form below to start your enquiry or phone us on 01332 864895 and we can prepare a price for you.
We have manufactured billions if not trillions of labels and do so to the highest standards possible. We will do the same with your Shampoo Labels. We will manufacture labels using traditional flexographic printing methods or modern UV inkjet digital printing. With our experience, we will determine the most cost-effective method of production based on your label specification.
Shampoo Labels printed Digitally
We have some of the best digital equipment available in the UK at your disposal. Printing Shampoo Labels on our Jetrion 4900 UV inkjet means full colour labels with no plate charges. The digital press can print at 20 metres per minute – the equivalent of a sheet of A4 per second, in highly vibrant full photo-quality colour.
Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. This is because the press is designed to print without ‘fixed’ settings and can cut labels using a digital laser cutting system.
You can see the laser die cutting station in use here. This system means we can cut any shaped or sized label without the delay or cost of cutting tools and dies. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. Changing label designs between print runs is easy so you can do special labels or change products with ease and without cost.
Shampoo Labels printed Flexographically
Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. This technology offers reduced unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. This is ideally suited to large runs of labels as the printing press can run at over 100m per minute. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our water-based Edale press. For full-colour photo quality labels, our UV ink MPS printing press is the equipment we use! We can complete metallic foiling and a number of other specialised finishes with this press.
