Digitally produces Fungicide Labels
We have a Jetrion 4900 digital printing press capable of making full colour Fungicide Labels without printing plates or cutters. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods.
Our Jetrion 4900 digital press has a laser die cutting station and uses high power lasers to cut the label shape from our feedstock material. Without the need for printing plates or rotary dies, lead time delays and tooling cost savings can be passed on to you.
Unlike flexo, digital also means no costs incurred if you want to change your label designs or shape between orders. This is because the digital technology does not use physical printing plates, rather it sprays the design using bubble jet technology.
Flexographically printed Fungicide Labels
For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method of production, despite initial tooling costs. Our 3 colour Edale Alpha is suitable for a wide range of water-based ink work where the artwork is simpler in its nature. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new MPS 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. This MPS press can make high volume jobs in no time as it can run wide web material at over 100 metres per minute!
