A major factor in pricing is the size of the labels you order. We can make labels up to 330mm wide and over 300mm long. We offer a range of materials design to deliver the best performance for the environment your labels will be subject to. The more Car Care Labels you order will reduce the unit price and we recommend you do this to minimise costs.

We can do the same with your Car Care Labels. We can manufacture labels using traditional flexographic printing methods or modern UV inkjet digital printing. Shorter runs lend themselves to digital printing but longer runs (over 20,000 labels for example) are cheaper when made flexographically.

We have some of the best digital equipment available in the UK at your disposal. Printing Car Care Labels on our Jetrion 4900 UV inkjet means full colour labels with no plate charges. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital label press has a laser die cutting station and uses high power lasers to cut the label shape from our feed stock material. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. The digital process means changes can be made easily in the artwork on the computer and incorporated the next time we press the print button!

Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. It reduces unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. For simpler work, we would recommend using our Edale 3 colour water-based printing press. We can make plates for this press in-house at very low cost. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 8 colour UV capable press. The MPS is a new addition, costing over £330,000 and capable of printing at over 100 metres per minute, reducing production time and cost.
