Our large volume barcode sticker labels are printed using our MPS EB370 8 colour flexographic printing press. Materials, Adhesives and Print for Barcode Labels

We can manufacture your barcode labels and variable data labels on a range of materials such as paper (vellum), semi-gloss paper or plastics such as polypropylene.

Our labels are available with an array of adhesives for all your needs, whether you require a permanent adhesive,removable, freezer or high-tack.

Barcodes can be printed in a range of colours, the most common barcode label and variable data label colours are black and white, but a range of other highly contrasting colours are available. Variable data labels can include or exclude barcode symbols – whatever you need we will make it for you.

Variable Data Labels

We can produce variable data labels exclusively using our digital printing press or in combination with our flexographic printing technology.
We can manufacture small volumes using thermal printing technology and ribbons to ensure your variable data or sequentially numbered labels meet specification.
Flexographic printing uses printing plates and these are not variable. For variation in each label, digital or thermal printing (a form of digital printing) is more suitable.
Variable data labels can include barcodes in any of the symbologies noted above.

Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling.
