With years and years of experience, we can manufacture your Preserve Labels to the highest standards. We have invested over £600,000 in the last two years in new printing equipment to deliver the best quality labels at low prices. Digital is ideal for shorter runs up to 20,000 labels in general (depending on size of course!). Longer runs are best done on traditional flexo presses to get a better unit price.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Preserve Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital printing allows us to print your labels direct from the computer in much the same way as you can print on a desktop computer – without any delays. Our Jetrion 4900 digital press has a laser die cutting station and uses high power lasers to cut the label shape from our feedstock material. As a result of having no tooling requirements, there are no lead times which would be the case with flexographic printing. If you want to change your labels for your next order, we can just re-draw them and off we go!

For high volumes of labels, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. For simpler work, we would recommend using our Rotopress 6 colour water-based printing press. We can make plates for this press in-house at very low cost. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new Etirama 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. We can complete metallic foiling and a number of other specialised finishes with this press.
