Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Pre-Packd Food Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. The digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station. This means we can cut any shaped or sized label without the delay or cost of flexible dies. As a result of having no tooling requirements, there are no lead times which would be the case with flexographic printing. Changing label designs between print runs is easy so you can do special labels or change products with ease and without cost.

Flexographic printing is ideal for high volume label orders. It reduces unit prices and is a faster printing technology compared to digital. Our 6 colour Rotopress is suitable for a wide range of water based ink work where the artwork is simpler in its nature. For complex full-colour labels, we have a brand new MPS 350 8 colour UV ink press. Coming into operation in April 2018, the MPS will allow us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
