Why buy frozen food labels from us?

A major factor in pricing is the size of the labels you order. We can make labels up to 330mm wide and over 300mm long. We offer a range of materials design to deliver the best performance for the environment your labels will be subject to. If you need high volumes, the unit price for your Frozen Food Labels will be less so buy as many as you can.

Whether you need large or small volumes, we can make your Frozen Food Labels to the highest standards at competitive prices. We manufacture using flexographic printing or where appropriate, modern digital printing. Digital is ideal for shorter runs up to 20,000 labels in general (depending on size of course!). Longer runs are best done on traditional flexo presses to get a better unit price.

Our Jetrion 4900 digital press uses ultraviolet inkjet technology to print full colour Frozen Food Labels without the need for printing plates or cutters. Digital label printing means no delays in getting tooling such as printing plates or cutters. Savings in time and money are passed onto you as our customer. Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers no on a rotary metal cutter. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. Cutting labels this way means no tooling costs and you can have any shape we can draw in the computer!

For large label orders, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. We have a 6 colour Rotopress printer which is ideal for simpler designs of label. For complex full-colour labels, we have a brand new MPS 350 8 colour UV ink press. The MPS came into operation in April 2018 and allows us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
