We have a Jetrion 4900 digital printing press capable of making full colour Deli Labels without printing plates or cutters. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Our digital label printer includes a cutting edge (pardon the pun!) laser die cutting station. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser, not a metal die on a cylinder. Unlike flexo, digital also means no costs incurred if you want to change your label designs or shape between orders.

Flexographic printing comes into its own when printing high volumes of labels. Faster printing means lower unit prices. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our 6 colour, water-based Rotopress. If you require a more comprehensive, photo-like finish for your labels, our new MPS 8 colour UV printing press is ideal. This MPS press can make high volume jobs in no time as it can run wide web material at over 100 metres per minute!
