Digital Conditioner and Toiletry Labels

We have a Jetrion 4900 digital printing press capable of making full colour Conditioner Labels without printing plates or cutters. The printer works like a hige bubble jet printer you might have in your office. It is just an industrial sized machine capable of printing 20 metres of material per minute. That is the equivalent of 60 sheets of A4 per minute – one a second!

Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods. Whatever teh computer file design is, can be printed immediately without the need for printing plates or cutters.

The digital press incorporates a laser die cutting station. This means we can cut any shaped or sized label without the delay or cost of flexible or solid dies. This means your labels are cut to shape with a laser – check out this video to see how we cut labels with the laser. Changing label designs between print runs is easy so you can do special labels or change products with ease and without cost.

Flexographic Conditioner Labels

For high volume work, flexographic printing is the most cost-effective method, despite initial tooling costs. For full colour, photo quality finish, we have just invested over £330,000 in an MPS 350 8 colour UV capable press. The MPS is a brand new printing press that became operational in April 2018, it can print a 3km master roll in half an hour!

For simpler work, we have simpler equipment such as our Edale 3 colour press. Great quality work on a cheaper, simpler press means a lower cost of production that we can pass on to you.
