Our thermal printers can be desktop models for relatively small daily outputs – up to about 2000 labels per day. We also offer industrial grade equipment which can output tens of thousands of labels with no worries about overheating. All the printers we sell have durable chassis and providing they are not abused will last a lifetime. The only parts that might need replacement are the print head or battery. Both are simple 10-minute jobs requiring only the most basic practical skills.
Our label printing solutions are sold with Label Direct software which offers unbeatable ease of use coupled with powerful features to incorporate into your labels. The software does real-time date stamping which can be offset in a number of ways to include use by or best before dates on your labels. The software also incorporates a number of barcode programming symbologies and calculates the barcode layout in relation to the print resolution, guaranteeing readability.
If you have large numbers of products but need to label them on the same style labels, you can link your label to a database. The layout is specified in the LabelDirect software and the data you need on the label is placed in a table on a spreadsheet – that is your database. Once you link the label to the database, you can print any record from the database without having to edit or format any text, the software does this for you.

Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling.
