Farm Shop & Deli Show Help to Revolutionise the Sandwich Labelling System for Positive ID Labels

In our previous blog here at Positive ID Labels we stated that we would write about some success stories that developed from the Farm Shop and Deli Show of March 2013.

One successful meeting came with only 25 minutes to go before the Exhibition shut for the year!

The potential clients were a Farm Shop who expressed their interest in a full system and starter pack for the sandwich labelling system.

However, they were not planning to user this system to label sandwiches, but instead they required a versatile printer that could print a range of different shapes for their various product ranges.

These included circular labels for soup pots and a pair off different sized labels that would go on the top and the bottom of their ready meals.

The ready meal pair of labels, or the double label, had the same width yet had different lengths. This was no issue for the TSC TTP 245C label printer that is included in the starter pack.

The double Label also required some information that would be the same such as the barcode, the date stamping and some product information; yet at the same time the bottom required the ingredients whereas the top required the title and aesthetically pleasing design. As the starter pack also includes software, that can easily be installed onto your PC in a matter of minutes, this task was no trouble for the printer; with it organising all this information for you so that it is a click of a button away!

In the previous blogs we hinted at the versatility that the sandwich-gone-ready-meal labelling system offered and this versatility was definitely required for it to be a success at the farm shop.

We quickly demonstrated to the farm shop how the printer would be able to print the range of different labels off with ease; resulting in a meeting with the company the following week.

From this meeting they confirmed their order and it only took us here at Positive ID Labels 3 days to deliver the labels and starter pack after the approval of the artwork.
