On Wednesday 25th Jan at about 12 o’clock we got an enquiry for some Direct Thermal labels from a potential customer in Scotland.
After offering our quotation, the customer explained that their existing supplier had let them down and they urgently needed a supply of direct thermal labels by next day – Thursday.
Thanks to our efforts, the customer received the goods next day. The customer was delighted by the whole experience of dealing with us and commented:

Running a company is always a challenge and it is fairly common for us to receive calls where customers need quick results due to overlooking a small matter such as whether they have adequate labels in stock. It is a bit disruptive of course but the rewards of helping a customer out of the mire is payment in itself. We know our own competition can be mercenary about it and charge a surcharge but this is something we avoid.
We know the value of a long term relationship with our customers and by opening the account in this way, I hope we can retain this relationship for a lot longer yet.
