Delicatessen labels form a part of our food labelling production. Temptations Bar is one such delicatessen labels customer and we have been providing them with delicatessen labels for their labelling printer for several years now.
Positive ID Labels always like to hear feedback from customers, whatever that feedback may be. When it is positive it helps us know that we are still on track, and on the odd occasion when it is negative, it allows us to improve and progress as a business.
So when we receive feedback expressing that the customer is delighted with the service which we gave, it makes Positive ID Labels ever so proud of our team!
Ken Hague, an experienced member of our sales team, confirmed:
‘Temptations Bar have made their 6th successive annual delicatessen labels order with us, and I have just received a lovely email expressing how happy they are with the service they always receive. Positive ID Labels take so much stress off their mind. They have been using a sandwich label printer that we sold them 6 years ago, and throughout the last six years they have never once had a problem.’
Well that you very much temptations bar; here’s to the next 6 years!
Positive ID Labels offers a range of sandwich labelling systems that can be used in any food business. The labelling systems use LabelDirect software and can be integrated with our nutrition calculation software, Nutridata. Nutridata has been developed especially for food businesses to help them meet the EU FIC regulations that came into effect in December 2016.
EU FIC regulations require nutrition data to be provided on all pre-packaged food being sold to the public. This nutrition data is in addition to the ingredient listings being in quantitative order and highlighting allergens. You can find out more information on the Nutridata website.
