On Thursday 29th January, Wayne Smith (British Coating’s Federations Director of Regulatory Affairs) will be running a webinar to explain the changes on CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) requirements.
The regulations have been in place since 2010 but will also apply to mixtures from 1st June 2015. Consumers will start to see these new hazard warning labels on paint and ink products as well as other chemical-containing goods. These new red-bordered diamonds will replace the more familiar orange squares. These are below:
It will take place at midday and last approximately one hour. It is £30 + VAT for members and £40 + VAT for non members.

Last year Freezeland Ltd, a London based retailer of frozen products, contacted us regarding their labelling.
