Nail Varnish Labels can be printed on our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press. Using UV inkjet technology, there are no printing plates despite being a full-colour press. Labels made digitally can be altered between print runs without any cost burdens associated with traditional printing methods.

With no need for printing plates, spot colour ink, set up, wash-down or cutters, lead times and costs are dramatically reduced. We can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. And the digital process means changes can be made easily in the artwork on the computer and incorporated the next time we press the print button!
For high volume of labels you order, we will generally recommend using flexographic printing to reduce unit prices. Simple label designs can be completed on our Rotopress 6 colour water based press. For photo-like reproduction, our brand new Etirama 350 is the press for the job, with 100m+ per minute print speeds. We can complete metallic foiling and a number of other specialised finishes with this press.
