Flexographic Toiletry Labels

For large volume orders of label products such as toiletry labels such as conditioner labels or shampoo labels, we can manufacture these label on our MPS EB370 printing press. This has 8 colour stations so can combine full colour with up to 4 spot colours for really vibrant toiletry labels. Vibrant labels will increase your sales dramatically!

The flexographic printing press works using printing plates and rotary die cutters. As such, one the artwork is agreed we will order the printing plates and if necessary, an additional cutter. Once they arrive, we get to work producing your labels at up to 100 metres of material per minute. This means we can make large volume orders in short run times, reducing costs and lead times for you.

Using foiling and other varnishing techniques, we can make really dazzling labels for your product to make them pop from the shelf!

Digital Cosmetics Labels

Unlike the flexographic printing method for cosmetics labels, digital uses no plates or cutters. The printing press uses bubble jet UV ink technology to print material up to 21 centimetres wide (A4) at up to 20 metres per minute. The UV inkjet technology works on the same principle as a desktop printer, just on an industrial scale. It is pretty impressive!

We can use white inks as well as the four main print colours. White ink can be used to create striking effects on clear polypropylene labels, giving the impression that designs are printed directly onto the bottles. Used in combination with metallic material, striking metallic finishes can be created that will really enhance the “pizzazz” of your labels.

Unlike flexographic printing, our digital press has a laser die cutting station. This means we cut your labels using a laser rather than a mechanical cutter. This not only saves the cost of a cutter but allows for massive flexibility in the shape and design we can cut for you. If you need to change your design – or if you want to sample a range of shapes, we can produce a single label for you as a sample.
