Digitally produced Weedkiller Labels

Our Jetrion 4900 digital printing press can make you Weedkiller Labels in full colour without the need for expensive printing plates. Digital label printing means no delays in getting tooling such as printing plates or cutters. Savings in time and money are passed onto you as our customer.

Digital UV ink produces the most vibrant of finishes that really make your labels “pop”. This improves your product’s attractiveness to customers and will boost sales.

Our digital printing press includes a laser die cutting station – your labels will be cut out using high power lasers no on a rotary metal cutter. Lead times and costs are dramatically reduced without tooling and we can generally deliver work in 3-5 days. Unlike flexo, digital also means no costs incurred if you want to change your label designs or shape between orders. You can see the digital lasers in action on this video.

Flexographic Weedkiller Labels

Flexographic printing comes into its own when printing high volumes of labels. Faster printing means lower unit prices. For simple artwork, we will probably recommend using our 6 colour, water-based Rotopress. For complex full-colour labels, we have a brand new MPS 350 8 colour UV ink press. Coming into operation April 2018, the MPS will allow us to perform a whole new range of production methods, hitherto unavailable to us.
